Welcome to Real Nice Signs, a Signwriting and Design Studio based in Sandringham, Norfolk.
Established back in 2015 by artist and designer Kayleigh Wood, the studio was formally known as The Artisan Branding Co. With the main focus on traditional signwriting, the business has recently been rebranded in May 2024.
Specialising in handcrafted design and traditional painted signage, we work with a range of businesses from cafes, pubs, shops, galleries and much more. Sign restoration, golf leaf / gilding and design services are also offered.

Our work covers a wide range of projects. If you are in need of branding and signage for a new business, a vehicle or boat signwriting or a large external wall or building painting, then we can help. Old signs can be restored, windows gilded using Gold Leaf, house numbers and names re-imagined and personal commissions also taken on.

captain fawcett
Herein lies Captain Fawcett's Emporium, home to a simply delectable range of first class gentleman's grooming requisites. Our work has included a 1930’s barbershop sign restoration and large 23 ct gold leaf Museum entrance sign.
stitches + Steel
An alternative camping and outdoor shop that specialises in premium VW Transporter van and campervan accessories. Based near Colchester, we painted two large wall murals within the main workshop area.
Coffee World
A brand new coffee destination in Cambridge, Norfolk, originally established in 1924 as a small batch roaster. With a recent rebrand and new premises, we were asked to signwrite a two meter logo on the front of the building.
white horse holme
A recent refurbishment by Anglia Country Inns has brought the White Worse in Holme-next-the-sea back to life. We provided all signage for the site including road signs, parking, internal wayfinding and a garden mural.

We are based in North Norfolk and while most of our work covers Norfolk we are happy to travel further afield for special projects and when budgets permit. Outdoor painting work is weather dependent and usually takes place between April - September with any sign making and fitted sign work carried out in our studio all year round.
Quotes are free. For further pricing information please contact us and advise on project details including sizing, colours, location, timescales and budget, so we can offer the best options to suit the project. Payments can be split into two with a 50% upfront deposit and with the remainder paid upon project completion.
